Challenge
Motivate delinquent credit cardmembers – often unwilling to accept a collection phone call -- to make an inbound call and discuss a settlement.

Solution
Combine an emotional and rational appeal in one dramatic envelope. Emotionally, the appeal is relief from the worries of debt. Rationally, it’s the fact that the bank was willing to forgive a certain amount of that debt (revealed once the tab is pulled).

Result
